From the direction of entering Braunton from Barnstaple, continue on the A361 taking the first exit at the roundabout onto Vellator Way. Continue to the next roundabout taking the third exit onto Vellator taking the next immediate right hand turning onto South Street. Continue along this road for approximately 200 meters where the property will be located on your left hand side. We advise parking in Caen car park a short distance further along the road and an agent will meet you outside the property.
