It can be a challenge to keep little ones entertained during half term, especially with so many. They creep upon us and before you know it you have got children with bundles of energy and nothing planned ahead.  

This will hopefully help you to stay organised and give a helping hand with activities to keep the whole family entertained.  

You can guarantee that on the first day of a half term in Devon, it will rain! Not to worry we have got you covered. Rain or shine after reading this, you will find something to do no matter the weather.

For more sport-related activities, get yourself down to Tarka Leisure Centre and have a go at their state-of-the-art indoor dry ski slope. The slope is designed with a movable surface, making it an endless hill that is controlled by the instructor. No matter what your ability you are guaranteed buckets of fun, the slope can be adjusted to your ability. Getting kids out the door can be the most exhausting thing. All you hear yourself saying it Let’s Go! But we're here to say Let's go to Lets Go. Enjoy bowling, arcade games, pool tables, and air hockey. They have a licensed bar, serve food, and host karaoke nights making this the perfect rainy-day activity that has all the family covered. They are running a February offer - 2 games for £10 per person. Valid Monday to Thursday 12 noon - 7pm, not during the school holidays. Must be pre-booked with 48 hours’ notice.
